Everything happens for a purpose and reason that only God knows. That in all, God’s plan is done, and God’s glory is proclaimed.
There came a time in your life when the Lord brought you to His house. A time when He worked in you to build His church. It was a time when He gave you a new life of being a new creation. From your old worldly life of being a full-time businessman, the Lord has chosen and enabled you to be His full time servant.
As the year is about to end, extend your deepest and profound gratitude to the Lord for saving your life from ultimate destruction. God will never allow something bad to happen to you. You have seen His glory, giving you shelter and protection from every heat that comes your way. It was also a realization that "anything or everything can be suddenly lost".
Nothing is impossible with the Lord. When things seem to look bad and hopeless, only God can overturn these negative events and turn it into something positive. Heed the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to protect the powerless and displaced persons of the world. Finding an answer to the ever-growing problem of refugees fleeing persecution and war is not easy. But it is one that we must continue to address, as we find a just and dignified solution to their needs.
Call to mind all of God's children who are presently suffering or have died because of violence, sickness, and injustice. Ask the Lord to overturn their faith and lead them to the utmost joy of His love and comfort. The Lord fills your hearts with His love, mercy, and compassion so that you can be a blessing to others most especially the children and their mothers.
May the Lord your God bring you all to a life that is full of His glory, making you very fruitful, productive, and prosperous at work in the days and years ahead. Continue to be with the Lord in everything you say and do.
