Do All Things for Jesus

Work your way in always following and doing things for Jesus who will surely give you a lasting reward and profit.

The Lord opens your heart and mind today regarding the importance of empathy and compassion in your actions.

Treat others with the same kindness, respect, and love that one would want to be treated with. Love your neighbors and hold them dear for in doing so, you make the Lord's presence here. In every smile, every helping hand, every heart that's stirred, you live the word, "You shall love... I am the Lord."

In every act of kindness, in every loving word, the echo of His commandment is distinctly heard. Your deeds of love though they may seem small reflects in the Lord's eyes as the greatest of all. The kindness you showed to the one in need is like a heavenly flower, sown from a seed. When you clothed the naked, fed the poor, you did it for Jesus, of this be sure. Your love, your compassion, your tender care is a sweet offering, beyond compare. So continue to serve, continue to love, for what you do below, is seen above. Remember, in each face you see, whatever you did for them, you did for the Lord.

God calls you to live a life of holiness, just as He is holy. This means to live a life that is set apart, striving for purity, righteousness, and godliness in all actions and thoughts. In every word that you speak, in every thought, whether bold or meek, may they be pleasing in the sight of God like stars shining in the night. Let your words and thoughts each day reflect God's love in every way.

God’s laws are perfect, trustworthy, right, clear, pure, and true. They refresh the soul, give wisdom, bring joy to the heart, enlighten the eyes, and endure forever. Seek wisdom and guidance in the laws and commands of God.

Set things right. As the Lord makes you grow, He wants you to be faithful in everything you do so that you can enjoy life to the full.
Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor before you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. - Psalm 19:15

Prayer

What lies within this fragile heart that beats and bleeds and breaks apart. What secrets does it hold inside that I have tried so hard to hide. What dreams and hopes and fears and doubts that fill my mind and make me shout. What passions and desires and joys and pains that stir my soul and course my veins. What words and thoughts and feelings and deeds that shape my life and guide my needs. What truths and lies and rights and wrongs that form my voice and sing my songs. What is this heart that you can see that only you can set me free. What is this heart that I conceal that only you can make me reveal.
