Thoughts
Jesus is the food that nourishes us from day to day. He keeps us full and satisfied so that we may not hunger and thirst. Starvation and famine starts when one chooses to reject the Lord.
Jesus is the cure to all our health problems. Nothing is impossible with Him. He came for the sick, so that they may all be healed. He restores us to be like new. Sickness comes when one chooses to reject the Lord.
Jesus is the truth that sets us free. Nothing is hidden that He will not bring to light. We can not keep secrets from Him for He knows what is in store in our hearts and minds. He is the Lord of peace to those who seek Him in truth. Anger, resentment, and violence occur in our lives if we choose to reject the Lord.
All that Jesus does is not for Himself but for us so that through Him, our Father in heaven shall forever be praised and glorified.
He passes through in your midst today, will you accept Him or reject Him?
Inspiration
And he said, "Truly, I say to you, no prophet is acceptable in his own country.
But in truth, I tell you, there were many widows in Israel in the days of Eli'jah, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when there came a great famine over all the land; and Eli'jah was sent to none of them but only to Zar'ephath, in the land of Sidon, to a woman who was a widow. And there were many lepers in Israel in the time of the prophet Eli'sha; and none of them was cleansed, but only Na'aman the Syrian."
When they heard this, all in the synagogue were filled with wrath. And they rose up and put him out of the city, and led him to the brow of the hill on which their city was built, that they might throw him down headlong.
But passing through the midst of them he went away. -- Luke 4: 24 - 30
Father in heaven, thank you so much for drawing me to your son, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
There is nothing so great in this world that I can compare with my Lord who is the source of all that is good.
May His Spirit that dwells in me forever give praise and glory to your Name!
The Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and spirit, of joints and marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart (Hebrews 4:12).

Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor before you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. - Psalm 19:15
Prayer
What lies within this fragile heart that beats and bleeds and breaks apart. What secrets does it hold inside that I have tried so hard to hide. What dreams and hopes and fears and doubts that fill my mind and make me shout. What passions and desires and joys and pains that stir my soul and course my veins. What words and thoughts and feelings and deeds that shape my life and guide my needs. What truths and lies and rights and wrongs that form my voice and sing my songs. What is this heart that you can see that only you can set me free. What is this heart that I conceal that only you can make me reveal.
