Fruitful Labor

You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide; so that whatever you ask the Father in My name, He may give it to you. - John 15:16

If I go on living in the flesh, that means fruitful labor for me. - Philippians 1:22

Lord Jesus, You are the life that is in me. A life that is full of everything and lacking in nothing. In You, I have found the true peace and joy that I have long sought for during my younger days.

Today, I humbly ask and pray that You continue to build me up and complete all the good and fruitful works that You have begun in me for the praise and glory of the Father. Be my mind, heart, and hands in everything that I do so that I will never go wrong.

Thank You so much for keeping me to Yourself and providing me with all the riches in the world so that my dreams and wishes will all be fulfilled not just for me but for the benefit of my entire family.

All glory and honor are Yours now and forever. Amen.
Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor before you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. - Psalm 19:15

Prayer

What lies within this fragile heart that beats and bleeds and breaks apart. What secrets does it hold inside that I have tried so hard to hide. What dreams and hopes and fears and doubts that fill my mind and make me shout. What passions and desires and joys and pains that stir my soul and course my veins. What words and thoughts and feelings and deeds that shape my life and guide my needs. What truths and lies and rights and wrongs that form my voice and sing my songs. What is this heart that you can see that only you can set me free. What is this heart that I conceal that only you can make me reveal.
