Hold Fast to the Word

Be mindful of the gospel you received in which you now stand. This is handed to you as of first importance.

God’s all-encompassing knowledge and understanding far surpass human comprehension. He knows everything, including what is hidden from human perception and what is yet to happen. Have a deep faith in God’s omniscience. It is important to always seek truth, justice, and the divine wisdom that can intervene to save the innocent. This is the essence of faith in divine wisdom and justice. This faith can guide you in your actions and decisions to uphold truth and justice in your own life.

Everyone makes mistakes, no one is without fault. You have your own imperfections. It is important to first look at yourself before passing judgment on others. Like Jesus, you should offer compassion and forgiveness instead of harsh judgment. Be less judgmental and more understanding of the people around you. Treat others with the same grace and forgiveness that you would hope to receive yourself.

God makes the sun shine on both the good and the bad. Treat your love ones equally regardless of who they are and what they are. Playing favorites is part of human nature that attracts envy or jealousy. Being loved less in life can bring about envy, jealousy, anger and hatred.

The Lord your God is your shepherd who guides and protects you, provides for your needs, and gives you rest and refreshment. You are not alone, He is ever present with you even in times of danger or difficulty. Be confident in affirming God's goodness for all of you shall dwell in Him in all of your days.

All things come from the Lord. His provision shall fill you that will bring glory to His name. Be satisfied with what you have and do not compare yourself with others.
Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor before you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. - Psalm 19:15

Prayer

What lies within this fragile heart that beats and bleeds and breaks apart. What secrets does it hold inside that I have tried so hard to hide. What dreams and hopes and fears and doubts that fill my mind and make me shout. What passions and desires and joys and pains that stir my soul and course my veins. What words and thoughts and feelings and deeds that shape my life and guide my needs. What truths and lies and rights and wrongs that form my voice and sing my songs. What is this heart that you can see that only you can set me free. What is this heart that I conceal that only you can make me reveal.
