Judge Rightly

Desire God's words; long for them and you shall be instructed.

God shows no partiality. He made the great as well as the small. Treat all things equally. Everyone will face exactly the same set of standards and be dealt with using the same love and mercy.

The Lord constantly provide for all your needs whether great or small. Thank the Lord for all the blessings and graces that He continues to shower upon you each moment of your life.

Today, the Lord reveals to You what must be expected from leaders whom He has  given power and authority to govern His people. Those who are and those who will be in power, a rigorous scrutiny impends. He shall probe their works and scrutinize their counsels for His judgment is stern for the exalted; for the lowly may be pardoned out of mercy but the mighty shall be mightily put to the test.

In the light of this revelation, ask the Lord for His Spirit of wisdom so that you may judge rightly, keep His laws, and walk according to His will. Desire for His words and long for them . You must say what is consistent with sound doctrine. Be temperate, showing moderation or self-restraint, dignified, self-controlled, sound in faith, love, and endurance.

One of the gifts given to you by the Lord is the grace to be temperate and diplomatic on whatever you say. You have learned the value of taking into consideration how others may feel in what you have to say. There are still instances or unguarded moments when you are caught off-guard by sudden burst of emotions or anger but in general, you are more self-controlled today that when you were younger.

At the end of the day, trust in the Lord and do good, that you may dwell in the land and be fed in security (Ps 37:3).
Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor before you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. - Psalm 19:15

Prayer

What lies within this fragile heart that beats and bleeds and breaks apart. What secrets does it hold inside that I have tried so hard to hide. What dreams and hopes and fears and doubts that fill my mind and make me shout. What passions and desires and joys and pains that stir my soul and course my veins. What words and thoughts and feelings and deeds that shape my life and guide my needs. What truths and lies and rights and wrongs that form my voice and sing my songs. What is this heart that you can see that only you can set me free. What is this heart that I conceal that only you can make me reveal.
