Authority comes from God alone. You can do all things in Christ who gives you power and authority.
In the line of work that the Lord gave you, you will encounter people who seem to think that they "know all". These people will always assert the question of authority. They are close minded and no amount of good reasoning is acceptable to them.
It is imperative that you do not argue with them. Instead, give them a dose of their own medicine by way of being firm to the wisdom, power, and authority that you have received from the Lord. Eventually, you will be vindicated and emerge victorious. Wisdom is vindicated by her works (Mt 11:19).
Obedience to the Lord is not by words but in deeds (Mt 2:28-31). Your yes should mean yes and your no should be no. There is nothing in between. Be open to the truth of a matter even if it is difficult to accept. Embrace the truth, as it is only the truth that can give you freedom.
"Whoever has should share with the person who has none. And whoever has food should do likewise" (Lk 3:11). Joy and happiness are great motivators for good works and generosity.
Rest from labor and burdens (Mt 11:28). God delivers you out from many troubles (Ps 34:20). Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (Ph 4:6-7)
Be not discouraged (Zep 3:16). Hope in the Lord (Is 40:31). The Lord made you soar once more as with eagles' wings. He has renewed your strength and removed your worries and concerns.
Listen and obey each and every word that comes from God and your prosperity shall be endless and beyond measure. You shall always be vindicated and the generation after you shall also be blessed in all their days. Your business and properties shall bear much fruit (Is 48:18-19).
