Trust Your Relationship With The Lord

Today, the Lord have set before you life and prosperity. You will live and continue to grow and the Lord, your God will bless you in the land you are entering to occupy. This will mean a long life for you to live on the land which the Lord swore he would give to you.

Faith has to do with your relationship with God, not your circumstances. A true faith life is always about the choices you make; it is all about the priorities you have in life. If you do not make the choices and actually put them into practice, then it means nothing. Talk is cheap and easy; action is where you pay the price for your beliefs.

Every moral choice you make is between life and death. Choose the right way of life by loving the Lord, your God, heeding His voice, and holding fast to Him. Always make the right decision based on the Word of God so that you will never go wrong.  Form your conscience well and develop the habits of a virtuous life so that every decision you make will lead you towards God.

The Lord, your God, enjoins you today to love Him and walk in His ways. You can only do this by following Jesus. In the midst of your problems, keep on trusting your relationship with the Lord. This is the true essence and meaning of faith. Nothing is more secure or certain than that which you entrust to God. You "must" believe that He exist and have revealed Himself to you in the scriptures and that He is always ready to respond whenever you earnestly seek Him.

God has set your life in motion in accordance with His Will and purpose. He has heard your cries for help and takes full control of the life He has given you so that you may receive all of your heart's desires. As you delight in His Word each day, continue to strive in obeying all He has said, knowing and believing that His Word is meant not for Him but for your own benefit as His child whom He loves.

Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor before you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. - Psalm 19:15

Prayer

What lies within this fragile heart that beats and bleeds and breaks apart. What secrets does it hold inside that I have tried so hard to hide. What dreams and hopes and fears and doubts that fill my mind and make me shout. What passions and desires and joys and pains that stir my soul and course my veins. What words and thoughts and feelings and deeds that shape my life and guide my needs. What truths and lies and rights and wrongs that form my voice and sing my songs. What is this heart that you can see that only you can set me free. What is this heart that I conceal that only you can make me reveal.
