Grace’s Well

In the quiet chambers of our souls,
Where shadows dance and doubts take hold,
We find a wellspring, deep and wide,
Where grace flows freely, like the tide.

Our salvation rests not in our might,
Nor in the strength of deeds done right,
But solely in the arms of God above,
Whose love redeems us with endless love.

No striving, no effort can earn this grace,
For it’s freely given, an eternal embrace.
Our response? Not fear, but joy’s refrain,
As we drink from grace’s well again and again.

With gratitude, we draw from its depths,
Our hearts transformed, our spirits kept.
And as we journey through life’s winding road,
We share this grace with others, love bestowed.

Our faith, a beacon shining in the night,
Not hidden away, but burning bright.
For God’s salvation is meant to be shared,
A love so vast, it cannot be compared.

So let us seek His face, His mercy seek,
And in His presence, humbly bow and speak.
May our lives echo the truth we’ve found,
As we share His love with all around.

Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor before you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. - Psalm 19:15

Prayer

What lies within this fragile heart that beats and bleeds and breaks apart. What secrets does it hold inside that I have tried so hard to hide. What dreams and hopes and fears and doubts that fill my mind and make me shout. What passions and desires and joys and pains that stir my soul and course my veins. What words and thoughts and feelings and deeds that shape my life and guide my needs. What truths and lies and rights and wrongs that form my voice and sing my songs. What is this heart that you can see that only you can set me free. What is this heart that I conceal that only you can make me reveal.
