In the Silence

God’s voice came not in the earthquake’s roar,
Nor in the howling wind or raging fire,
But in the hush, the stillness deep and pure,
Where hearts attuned could hear their soul’s desire.

Amid life’s clamor, let us listen well,
For God speaks softly, whispers to our core,
In moments when our strength begins to fail,
Divine love wraps around us evermore.

Strong individuals, too, face moments weak,
Their weary hearts seek solace in His might,
And we, like them, can find the strength we seek,
When weariness pervades our darkest night.

We play a role within God’s grand design,
Passing the torch to others on life’s way,
Equipping hearts to shine and souls to climb,
Guided by love, we journey day by day.
