Wisdom’s Whisper

True wisdom flows from heaven’s throne,
A gift bestowed to hearts that seek.
Not mere knowledge, but a light that’s sown,
Guiding choices, making pathways meek.

In quiet moments, we pause and pray,
Seeking counsel from the Ancient of Days.
His Word, a compass, points the way,
Unfolding truths in mysterious ways.

When life’s complexities threaten to confound,
Wisdom whispers, “Trust, my child.”
Anchored in faith, we stand on solid ground,
Peace blooms within, tender and mild.

Patience, forgiveness—the hallmarks of grace,
Wisdom’s touch refines our souls.
Compassion blooms in love’s embrace,
Restoring brokenness, making hearts whole.

So let us journey, hand in hand,
Through life’s twists and turns, both wide and narrow.
For wisdom’s path, though often unplanned,
Leads to purpose, joy, and a brighter tomorrow.

May our hearts be open, our spirits attuned,
To wisdom’s gentle call, forever true.
In seeking God’s will, our lives are tuned,
And wisdom’s dance becomes our daily view.
Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor before you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. - Psalm 19:15

Prayer

What lies within this fragile heart that beats and bleeds and breaks apart. What secrets does it hold inside that I have tried so hard to hide. What dreams and hopes and fears and doubts that fill my mind and make me shout. What passions and desires and joys and pains that stir my soul and course my veins. What words and thoughts and feelings and deeds that shape my life and guide my needs. What truths and lies and rights and wrongs that form my voice and sing my songs. What is this heart that you can see that only you can set me free. What is this heart that I conceal that only you can make me reveal.
