Cherishing Bonds

In the quiet moments of dawn’s embrace,
We find family—God’s precious grace.
Their laughter, their tears, their unwavering love,
Gifts from above, like stars shining from afar.

We nurture these bonds, tender and true,
For in their warmth, our spirits renew.
Through trials and triumphs, we stand side by side,
Guided by faith, in God’s love we confide.

True happiness blooms when we revere His name,
Walking His path, our hearts set aflame.
His principles, like ancient stones, steady and strong,
Lead us toward purpose, where we truly belong.

Diligence and honest work, our hands to employ,
Sow seeds of contentment, a harvest of joy.
In God’s provision, we place our trust,
For He sustains us, faithful and just.

So let us cherish family, this sacred art,
Nurturing connections, etching love on our heart.
For in these bonds, we glimpse eternity’s grace,
A reflection of God’s love, in every embrace.
Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor before you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. - Psalm 19:15

Prayer

What lies within this fragile heart that beats and bleeds and breaks apart. What secrets does it hold inside that I have tried so hard to hide. What dreams and hopes and fears and doubts that fill my mind and make me shout. What passions and desires and joys and pains that stir my soul and course my veins. What words and thoughts and feelings and deeds that shape my life and guide my needs. What truths and lies and rights and wrongs that form my voice and sing my songs. What is this heart that you can see that only you can set me free. What is this heart that I conceal that only you can make me reveal.
